Emese Kasza graduated at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) in 2006 at the Fashion and Textile Design Branch. Soon after the graduation she established two brands one of which was her own brand, MEI KAWA that gave her national and international recognition, fame and reputation throughout the 10 years of its existence. She was invited to numerous fairs and EXPOs all around the Continent, also she was nominated for various fashion and design awards such as such hg.hu - Design Awards, InStyle - Style Awards where she has been given the Special Award and also Forbes Life Magazine selected her to the Top 30 Design Talents in Hungary.

Along with fashion design, and the maintaining of her brand Emese was constantly asked to participate in various film- and theatrical projects as Costume Designer. Over the past years her focus has turned more to contemporary dance and contemporary circus performances, where costumes needed to be adapted to the active movements beside carrying visual aspects as well. In recent years two performances she participated in as Costume Designer has been nominated to Lábán Rudolf Contemporary Dance Awards: “Long Time No See” (choreography and directing: Beatrix Simko and Jenna Jalonen) and “Timothy and the Things” – The Hunt (directed by László Fülöp)

Since the very start Emese has been actively taking part in nearly all the projects of Recirquel Contemporary Circus Company as the Key - Costume Designer. Just to name a few: Closing Ceremony of the FINA 17th Word Aquatics Championships in which 250 circus performer and dancers where performing on stage, “My Land” Circus Danse Performance in 2018, that has been given the Critics Awards for the Best Performance at the Fringe Festival. Few years ago she was invited to design the costumes for a Circus Krone show, “Mandana” (directed by Bence Vági), that has been on tour for two years with great success.
